ARROW PROFI COMPPRESSOREN - Single Screw mechanism. The greatest advantage of this type of construction solution is the even distribution of forces acting inside the screw mechanism, which translates into durability.

Rolling elements such as bearings, lower rotor weight, lower engine speed, lower vibration and noise make it more efficient than traditional screw compressors.

Costly repairs known from traditional solutions were eliminated by replacing the rotor blade itself (assumed life of about 500,000h), which was made of thermoplastic PPS.

The direct drive transfer between the motor and the screw mechanism via the clutch reduces the swing force more effectively and eliminates the need for adjusting the belt drive.

Pressure sensor - completely eliminate the traditional pressure switch and replace it with an electronic sensor - prolong the life of this vital part and provide immediate diagnostics in the event of a fault.

Also worth mentioning are standard features such as:

• control of total working hours (load + idle)
• control of operating elements (oil, filters, separator, inspection, others)
• phase direction compliance check
• phase loss control
• overcurrent control of the electric motor
• pressure control (working, max, emergency stop)
• mechanical temperature control (min, max, fan on)
• possibility of remote switching on/off with separate switch
