T4W Masking Film / 4m x 300m

Paint masking film is a professional, polyethylene (HDPE), translucent masking film with a thickness of 10 µm designed for masking cars before painting.
It enables quick and efficient masking, even by one person. Simply attach it to the film dispenser, unroll the film over the car to be masked and cut off a sufficient length. If you do not have a suitable stand or dispenser, simply use an adapted cardboard box - after tearing off the protective strip, it allows the film to be unrolled directly from the cardboard box.
Thanks to its antistatic properties, it adheres perfectly to the car body, making it easy to spread the film over its entire surface.
The increased thickness of 10 µm (standard products have 7-8 µm) guarantees high mechanical resistance to tearing.
The film, unlike its cheaper counterparts, has a surface with a corona finish - a specially modified layer with binding properties - ensuring optimum adhesion of dust and protecting against paint peeling - it "binds" the paint on the surface - reducing the risk of inclusions and impurities appearing on the wet film.
It is compatible with infrared drying systems and can and also be used in paint booths. It is heat resistant up to 120 degrees.

How to use the film?

1. Put the film on the stand or open the carton using the dispenser strip.
2. Unwrap the film to the length of the car, overlapping the entire length.
3. Cut the film off at the carton with a knife so that the film protects the car all the way to the ground.
4. Unroll the film from the sides, stretching it slightly so that it reaches the ground.
5. Use a foil cutter to cut out openings for the painted surfaces.
6. Secure the edges with painters tape.
