Made of polyurethane foam, which is extremely resistant to mechanical stress.

The unique design of the disc effectively dissipates heat, keeping the working surface at the optimum temperature for stable machine operation. The advantage of the thrust pad is the carefully designed ventilation channels with a large cross-section, arranged radially in the flexible polyurethane layer, just below the Velcro-type adhesive layer. Connected to the large air vents, these channels draw air in as the pad rotates, effectively cooling the polishing pads on the Velcro side and protecting them from spalling.
