T4W eXpert line F81 Acrylic primer HS 4:1 1L

F81 is a two-component acrylic primer with strong filling properties. The HIGH SOLID class primer guarantees very good adhesion to steel, aluminium and old paint coatings. Excellent for filling cracks and irregularities in the substrate. The ability to apply thick layers and the considerable ease of sanding speed up daily work.
The high concentration of mineral fillers enables thick layers to be applied and minimises primer sanding.

How to use:

• Clean the sanded surface with an antistay cloth, degrease with silicone remover
• Mix the primerwith hardener at a ratio of 4:1 by volume, add 25-35% acrylic thinner.
• Apply in two layers (layer thickness 80-120 um). Evaporation time 5-8 min.
• Dust free after 10-15 minutes, fully cured after 1.5-2 hours.
