SATAminijet Spray Gun 1000 K RP / 1.4

New pressure fed gun compact in size and highly efficient.

In April 2012, SATA introduced a new, particularly lightweight pressure fed gun designed for the manual serial coating of small and complex parts: The SATAminijet 1000 K.

It can be connected via double diaphragm pumps, pressure pots or central material supply systems for greatest versatility.

Due to its compact and ergonomic design and its low weight, the SATAminijet 1000 K allows working without fatigue, even when being used on a long-term basis in industrial applications. In addition, it is an easy to operate gun which can be very precisely adjusted.

Besides the aforementioned fields of application, this spray gun which is available in the nozzle sizes 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 is also a perfect piece of equipment for decorative and design applications, for instance in the toy or cosmetic industry.

Another area of use can be found in the plastic and metal working industry where release agents an lubricants need to be applied on diecasting or forging moulds.

The SATAminijet 1000 K is available in optimised RP high pressure technology (Reduced Pressure = reduced atomisation pressure) as well as in HVLP low pressure technology (High Volume Low Pressure).

The SATAminijet 1000 is also offered in a suction cup version for smaller surfaces.
